S.S. Lootah in pact with China firm

Dubai: S.S. Lootah Group has entered into a new joint venture with Chinese construction giant Tianjin Geological Foundation Engineering Co. (TGFEC) to bring in TGFEC's expertise in foundations and piling technologies, a statement said.

TGFEC, which specialises in pile testing, engineering investigation, construction, surveying and mapping, foundation testing and geological evaluation, will collaborate with S.S. Lootah's in-house material testing division as a technology and resource partner, particularly in the area of pile testing.
