Dubai: Mizin, a member of real estate giant Tatweer, yesterday said it will develop Arjan, a mixed-use project to be built at an investment of Dh20 billion over the next three years.

The 11 million square f00t project, to be located on Emirates Road opposite Dubai Autodrome in Al Barsha, will comprise a layout of commercial, residential, retail and hospitality developments in 10 demarcated zones with 157 plots.

"Arjan will represent a new dimension in the Dubai property market," said Saeed Al Muntafiq, CEO of Tatweer.

"With the integration of modern amenities within the development, we are confident of generating increased investor interest that is keen to be a part of an exclusive and dynamic venture."

Adding to Arjan's tourist attractions will be the Great Dubai Wheel a 185 metre observation wheel with 18 technologically advanced capsules and a seating capacity of 40 persons, providing panoramic views of the city's skyline for durations of 36 minutes per cycle.

Since Mizin's launch in September this year, Arjan is the third project to be announced. Liwan and Majan comprise its other developments.

Liwan will feature a community of 100 residential complexes, six business towers that serve the business needs of the region.

The recently-launched 16.5 million square foot Majan is a mixed-use development incorporating residential, retail and commercial units to represent downtown Dubailand.

The real estate company Mizin was launched in July this year.
