Dubai:
Damac Properties recently launched the first phase of sales at the ‘Akoya by Damac’ project, a 28 million square feet golf community development off Umm Suqeim Road.
Just over 200 units are being sold in this phase, with prices from Dh2.4 million.
It will also feature the Trump International Golf Club, Dubai, an 18-hole PGA Championship Golf Course.
“Funding is allocated and Rera has signed off on our bank guarantees — we are moving full steam ahead,” said Ziad El Chaar, managing director at Damac Properties.
Al Naboodah Contracting Company has started enabling works on site.
