Ferretti and ACI unveil luxury projects

Dubai: ACI Real Estate and Ferretti Group yesterday launched two luxury waterfront residences, Ferretti Luxury Beach Residence and Pershing Luxury Beach Residence.

The freehold ownership project branded as Marine Legends, valued at about Dh6 billion ($1.6 billion) located at the Waterfront, offers 1,969,607 square feet of saleable area.
