D21 billion expected for aales of promising projects

His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, launched the website of “the Mohammad Bin Rashid City” Project at Meydan Hotel in Nad Al Sheba yesterday (Tuesday).

The sales of the promising projects are expected to hit more than Dh21 billion.

Accompanied by Director of Dubai Ruler’s Office Lt. General Musabbah Rashid Al Fattan, Mohammad Juma Al Nabooda and Dubai Director of Protocol and Hospitality Khalifa Saeed Sulaiman, Shaikh Mohammad viewed the drawings and designs of the 45- million square foot project.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of Meydan briefed Sheikh Mohammed about the first phase of the three- phase project expected to be implement over five to seven years.

Shaikh Mohammad watched a presentation on the project before he unveiled the commemorative plate of the project which will consist of a number of tourist, entertainment and service facilities.

He expressed admiration at the project’s designs which will form an important tourist attraction element for Dubai, especially in terms of family tourism.
