Dubai: Dubai World Central (DWC) on Sunday announced that a new state-of-the-art storage facility owned by RSA-TALKE is being constructed in DWC’s Logistics District.

The new facility will offer more than 19,000 spaces. Expected to be operational by the first quarter of 2014, the facility will provide direct connections to regional and international road and sea routes, and also to the new Al Maktoum International Airport.

“The new RSA-TALKE storage facility strongly positions us to capitalise on the rapid market growth by taking advantage of the dedicated, state-of-the-art logistics infrastructure at Dubai World Central,” said Richard Heath, director Middle East & Asia at TALKE and director at RSA-TALKE.

RSA-TALKE is a joint venture between RSA Logistics, a transport and logistics services provider headquartered in Dubai, and TALKE, a German chemical logistician.
