Emirates prepares for Stockholm launch

Airline to start daily non-stop flights from September 4

Dubai: Emirates airline gave the local Swedish travel trade and media a preview of its hospitality in preparation for the launch of its Stockholm service — a move set to boost its presence in northern Europe. Emirates will provide a daily, non-stop passenger flights from Stockholm to its hub in Dubai from September 4. The new direct service will be served by a Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, offering eight private suites in First Class, 42 lie-flat seats in Business Class and 304 seats in Economy Class. Flight EK 158 will depart Stockholm at 1355 and arrive in Dubai at 2255. EK 157 will depart Dubai at 0715 and land in Stockholm at 1200 on the same day.
