Xanadu Real Estate Development has announced delivery of around 200 villas and town houses with a development value of Dh750 million. These include 130 town houses at Jumeirah Village Circle and 68 villas at Jumeirah Golf Estates.
The company had partnered developers by undertaking the management of stalled projects and completing them. “Dubai’s real estate market requires a quite different set of developers as it matures and demand is likely to be driven by real property buyers,” said Adel Al Breiki of Xanadu Real Estate.
