Dubai: An online video has been circulating on social media, which captures the moment when a flight attendant poured a beverage back into the bottle.
The short video, which was posted on July 14, 2017, was accompanied with the caption: “Occurred in April 2017, [on a flight] from Dubai to Barcelona. A passenger filmed a flight attendant putting drinks back into bottles after they were taken away.”
The video seems to be taken in the business class cabin of an Emirates aircraft, with the incident being captured in the first few seconds of the footage.
In an e-mailed statement to Gulf News, an Emirates spokesperson said: “Emirates always strives to provide the top quality service. Actions recorded on this video do not comply with our quality standards. We are currently investigating the incident.”
