Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan will be paired with actresses Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu in the remake of Salman Khan’s Judwaa.
The movie will be directed by Dhawan’s father and filmmaker David Dhawan, who also helmed the 1997 hit.
“It’s official, Taapsee and Jacqueline with the two of me Judwaa 2,” Dhawan tweeted on Monday.
The father-son duo last worked together in the 2014 romantic-comedy Main Tera Hero.
While Fernandez has previously worked with Dhawan in Dishoom, Pannu will be teaming up with the actor for the first time.
The original Judwaa featured actresses Karisma Kapoor and Rambha opposite Khan.
