10:15am update
A broken down vehicle on the Floating bridge from Deira to Bur Dubai caused a major back up this morning, the car have just been moved but due to the heavy flow of cars the traffic is still very slow.
Traffic on Beirut road towards Nad Humarl Em Rumoul through to Airport tunnel is heavily congested due to on going construction.
On Al Ittihad traffic is very slow from Ta’awon towards Mulla, also on Al Khaleej road towards Shindaghah.
