Seeds going strong at Snooker Club
Things were peaceful at the Dubai Snooker Club on the second day of its 2009 Inhouse Tournament as all but one of the seeded players won their respective games to progress into the next round of the competition.

Dubai: Things were peaceful at the Dubai Snooker Club on the second day of its 2009 Inhouse Tournament as all but one of the seeded players won their respective games to progress into the next round of the competition.
Top seed Abdullah Attar beat Raymond Leung for a 3-0 victory, while the second seed Abdul Rahman Saif also managed to register a convincing 3-0 win over Navin Narendran.
Marwan Ebrahim, the fourth seed, had to remain alert throughout his match against Louis Lee, but was a picture of calm and did just enough for a 3-1 win.
Top UAE junior Khalid Ali Kamali, seeded fifth, completed a 54-22, 27-62, 69-21, 58-20 win over Mohammad Mustafa and sixth seed Adel Mohammad Ali beat Hussain Saeed. The only seed to have fallen was third seed Mohammad Hussain Ali, who lost to Khalid Azooni.
