India bags second medal in wrestling event

India's Sushil Kumar won the country's second medal of the Olympics Games after he claimed the bronze medal in the men's 66kg freestyle wrestling event.

Beijing: India's Sushil Kumar won the country's second medal of the Olympics Games after he claimed the bronze medal in the men's 66kg freestyle wrestling event.

Ramazan Sahin won Turkey's first gold medal in Beijing with a narrow victory over Ukraine's Andriy Stadnik in the event .

Otar Tushishvili of Georgia beat Cuba's Geandry Garzon by points to win the first bronze of the competition, with Kumar claiming the second bronze .

Shooter Abhinav Bindra won India's first-ever individual gold medal at the Olympics last week in the 10-metre air rifle event.
