Abu Dhabi: The Abu Dhabi Action Games, to be organised in October, will be one of the most thrilling events in the capital.
"The shows will include BMX Cycling, Skating, blade and roller, in addition to a dazzling Freestyle Motorcycle Extreme Show," Bassam Turk, Tarfeeh Events Manager, told Gulf News on Tuesday at the Emirates Bowling Village at the Marina Mall.
"On November 14, we will have a Monster Trucks Mania with four British professional drivers performing high jumps and crashing other cars.
"That event is not the last of our activities this year, we have many plans which we will announce later after finishing our preparations and receiving the confirmations," Turk added.
The calender of events this year includes the Corporate Carting Race to be held on March 7 at Dubai Autodrome with teams of companies employees competing for 3 hours and feel the sensation of the life in the fast lane.
"On May 15-17, we will organise a special football competition for Juggling or the art of ball control to prepare the spectators for the 2008 European Championship," he concluded.
