Abu Dhabi: The upcoming Yas Marina Circuit has been a collaboration between several different parties.

The original plan was developed by Philippe Gurdjian in conjunction with the builders of the track and the architects.

There are three main parties involved in the development of Yas Marina Circuit and the first is Abu Dhabi Motorsports Management.

They have driven the overall vision of the project and have been responsible for the creative oversight, communication and circuit management.

ALDAR Properties PJSC have looked after building Yas Island, a project which encompasses the Yas Marina Circuit. They have enlisted the help of various specialists such as Asymptote Architecture for Yas Marina Hotel and Omiros One Architecture for Yas Marina and the Yacht Club.

ALDAR has an understanding of Abu Dhabi and ADMM's vision plus the ability to work within the strict time constraints of the project.

Architect Ulrich Merres, from Tilke GmbH, has translated the design of Philippe Gurdjian into a practical plan for the circuit.
