Abu Dhabi: Edwin Pinet claimed the top prize along with 10 Order of Merit points (OOM) during round four of Men's Night Out (MNO) Race to South Africa on Wednesday.

Playing in his first MNO, Pinet produced a solid nine-hole display to return a nett score of 32 for a comfortable two-stroke victory over Ricus Lehmukhl.

Pinet's victory propelled him into the top 10 on the latest Order of Merit standings and leaves him in a strong position to challenge Ernie Rellon as the top associate on the OOM.

Further points were picked up by Mike Larter, Eric Hesson and Frederic Michel whose nett scores of 35 saw them share third place.

Nik Robinson continued his struggle up the MNO - OOM ladder, with his nett score of 38 only good enough to collect one point towards his total of two.

The race will run over 20 weeks with a trip to South Africa as the prize.
