More than 80 players are expected to battle it out for honours in the Abu Dhabi Golf and Equestrian Club's (ADGEC) annual Club Championship over the weekend.
The two-day event will start on Thursday with tee off at 7.30am and will conclude with a prize distribution ceremony on Friday evening. Al Mansoor Enterprises are the sponsors of the event.

Kelly said the company had been sponsoring many sports events in the past in the UAE and it was part of the company's policy of giving something back to the society.
"We have been sponsoring sports events in the past andwe have come forward to sponsor ADGEC Club championship for the third time to supportgolf, which is one of the fastest growing games in the world," said Kelly.
The championship is open to club members and will follow a 36-hole individual strokeplay format. Competitions will be held in four categories - Division 'A', 'B' and 'C' club championships for men and a ladies championship.
Duncan Hebenton is the men's defending champion whereas Kelly's wife Peggy had won the ladies championship last year.
Wayne Kobusch, club manager, ADGEC thanked the sponsors for their generous support in conducting the annual event.
"We express our appreciation to Al Mansoor Enterprises for their continuous support in hosting the annual event," he said.
Craig Salter, Club Secretary said, "Apart from trophies there are also other individual awards on offer."
