UAE tackle Liechtenstein in friendly

The UAE B national football team meet Liechtenstein in a friendly match at the Al Nahyan stadium in Abu Dhabi today.

Dubai: The UAE B national football team meet Liechtenstein in a friendly match at the Al Nahyan stadium in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday..

The B team under German coach Bernard Schum began training on Saturday with the coach selecting 18 players for the friendly.

Jamal Bu Hindi the team manager said that it is a new team with players selected for the first time.

"Only four players from those who took part in the Pan-Arab Games in Egypt last November are in the squad.

We want them to be ready for the coming games and if the senior team coach wants any of them to play with the seniors," said Bu Hindi.

The UAE squad is as follows: Mohammad Osman, Eisa Ahmad, Yasir Abdullah, Abdullah Al Kindi, Mahmoud Khamis, Naser Khamis, Mussalam Faiz, Faris Juma, Obaid Taweela, Esmail Hammady, Abdullah Ahmad, Ahmad Khalil, Talal Hamad, Ebrahim Abdullah, Mubarak Hasan, Abdullah Eisa, Ali Khaseef. Abdullah Mussa.
