FA change kick-off time for last two weeks

The UAE FA have changed the kick off time of the matches for the two remaining weeks of the first division league.

Abu Dhabi: The UAE FA have changed the kick off time of the matches for the two remaining weeks of the first division league.

The matches of the 21st week will kick off on Friday May 16 at 7:50pm while the matches of the last week on May 25 will kick off at 7:55pm.

All the matches of the final week will played on the same day and time.

The FA, in its meeting on Tuesday, has also agreed to hold a training camp for the senior national team in Switzerland to prepare them for the second round of the Asian qualifiers for the 2010 World Cup.

The UAE lead Group 5 which also features: Iran, Kuwait and Syria and will finish their preliminary round at the end of next month before realising their hopes of reaching the second round.

The FA also decided to honour the best referees this season in a gala night on May 23 in Dubai sponsored by Emirates Airlines and authorised the budget of the referees annual training camp in Europe this summer.
