Dubai: Al Dhafra shared two goals and two points with Al Nasr in the etisalat First Division Football League match here yesterday.

Al Dhafra shocked the hosts with a 37th minute goal but Al Nasr levelled scores in the 45th minute to reach 20 points from 15 games with five wins, five draws and five losses.

Al Dhafra increased their tally by one point to 15 from 15 matches.

It was a superb volley by Ghana import Idrisso Abdul off a delicate lob by the other foreign pro Akbar Bor which gave the spirited Al Dhafra side a crucial lead.

However Mohammad Khamis shot from outside the box beat Abdul Basith, who seemed to be blinded by a crowded goalmouth.

Al Nasr went full throttle in the second half but Renato and Endurance Idahor failed to break the visiting team's defence with Muhanad Salem Al Ennazy having a good game.

Al Dhafra also created a few chances but Gulf Cup wining captain Mohammad Omar and Akbar Bor were thwarted by the Al Nasr back four.
