Super Kings beat Daredevils by four wickets

Chennai Super Kings defeated Delhi Daredevils by four wickets in a thrilling last-ball finish in the Indian Premier League (IPL) at the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium here Thursday.

New Delhi: Chennai Super Kings defeated Delhi Daredevils by four wickets in a thrilling last-ball finish in the Indian Premier League (IPL) at the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium here Thursday.

Chasing 188 to win, Super Kings hit off the needed 15 runs in the last over bowled by Pakistan skipper Shoaib Malik. Stephen Fleming (44) and Vidyut Sivaramakrishnan (40) laid the foundation before skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni (33) and Albie Morkel (30) scored some quick runs to see the visitors through.

For Delhi, Gautam Gambhir scored 80 off 49 balls and Shikhar Dhawan made 59.
