Abu Dhabi: Nissan Al Masaood, Hexa Oil and LLH Hospital notched up their third win in the group stage to book their places in the quarter finals of the UAE Xchange Abu Dhabi Cricket Council President’s Cup division-2 tournament.

Al Masaood were convincing winners over Techno Blast, Hexa Oil got the better of UAE Exchange Centre by 19 runs and LLH Hospital downed United by 73 runs during the weekend.

Imran Iftikhar and Khawar Ahmad took seven wickets between them and Zeeshan Mustafa hit 52 for Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank to bounce back from opening match blues to beat Burjeel Hospital by eight wickets with more than seven overs to spare.

Schlumberger too registered their first win with a 55-run result over Rexona while DHL amassed 301 for five to overcome Daman Insurance by 162 runs for their second win in three games.

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank bt Burjeel Hospital by eight wickets. Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank 111 for 2 in 11.3 overs (Zeeshan Mustafa 52) bt Burjeel Hospital 108 all out in 19.2 overs (Imran Iftikhar 4-11, Khawar Ahmad 3-11).

Schlumberger bt Rexona by 55 runs. Schlumberger 162 for 6 in 20 overs (Raja Baber 50) Rexona 107 all out in 16.1 overs (K.Satyam 4-14).
