Chennai: Deccan Chargers beat Chennai Super Kings by seven wickets in an Indian Premier League match Tuesday night.

Set to chase 144 for victory, Deccan Chargers crossed the target in 18 overs, losing just three wickets.

Stand-in skipper Adam Gilchrist (54) and Scot Styris (36) were the main contributors with the bat for Deccan Chargers.
