Dubai: The woman, Zohail Hameed, has meanwhile issued a legal notice to Pomersbach's team owner Sidhartha Mallya seeking his apology for his tweets questioning her character. Hameed has sought Mallya's unconditional apology, her advocate Jitender Garg said.

Metropolitan Magistrate Navita Kumari Bagha asked Pomersbach, 27, not to leave the country and to surrender his passport. The cricketer is alleged to have molested Hameed, in her mid-20s, at the ITC Maurya Hotel here early Friday morning and beaten up her fiance, Sahil Peerzada, when he tried to restrain the player.
