Sharjah: His Highness Dr Shaikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah has issued a decree No 40 for the year 2014 reshuffling the Sharjah Executive Council.
The Decree stipulated in its first article that the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah will be restructured under the Chairmanship of Shaikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Executive Council, with the membership of 25 Shaikhs and senior officials.
The decree also stipulated that Shaikh Abdullah Bin Salem Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah is the Council’s deputy chairman and Shaikh Mohammad Bin Saud Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, head of the central financial department.
The Decree in its second article stipulated that it shall be effective from the date of issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
