That is the kind of video that Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, shared on his Instagram page on the evening of December 13.

The video starts with Fazza giving an elderly man a hug, and then he launches into a commentary of sorts while saying: “You don’t believe me, here I am with this man. Oh...look at his nose...”
