Dubai: Two women visitors have been accused of deceiving a salesman by inviting him over to have sex with one of them before they stole his Dh47,000.

The Ugandan women, 26-year-old D.N. and 27-year-old G.N., were said to have been working in prostitution before they lured the Pakistani salesman, A.M., to have sex with D.N. in March.

The salesman had taken the money from his boss and was heading to a money exchange house, according to records, before D.N. popped out from a dark alley and winked at him.

A.M. agreed to have sex for Dh20 with D.N. and, when he accompanied her to her flat, G.N. took the money from his pocket, said records.

The salesman discovered that he had been hoodwinked by the two women when he returned to the flat.

Prosecutors accused A.M. of having paid sex with D.N.

The two Ugandan women were accused of working in prostitution and stealing the Pakistani’s money.

The women suspects admitted that they worked in prostitution when they appeared before the Dubai Court of First Instance on Sunday.

“Yesm we work in the sex industry. I did not steal his money,” D.N. told presiding judge Fahd Al Shamsi.

G.N. contended in court, “I am the one who robbed the money.”

A.M. failed to appear before in court and enter his plea and he will be sentenced in absentia.

The Pakistani claimed to prosecutors that he was on his way to an exchange house when D.N. invited him to have sex with her.

“Initially she demanded Dh30, but I convinced her to take Dh20. I accompanied her to her residence and went into a bedroom. Later, I paid her Dh15, dressed and left. Once I reached the exchange house, I discovered that the money was gone. I rushed back to the same flat, but I did not find the women, who were both gone. I realised that they had robbed me. I called up the police,” he claimed.

A ruling will be heard on May 11.
