Dubai: Registration for the Landmark Group’s eighth annual Beat Diabetes Walk in the UAE is now open online, until November 12.
Set to take place at Dubai’s Zabeel Park on November 18, the Beat Diabetes Walk will be approximately three kilometres long, followed by a host of complimentary fun-filled activities.
Following the walk, participants can check their sugar levels at free blood glucose testing kiosks, and can take part in activities such as Zumba and yoga fitness sessions, as well as spot fitness challenges and dance routines.
Children will be entertained at a children’s sports zone featuring football and basketball games and exciting inflatable slides. An on-site DJ, along with live entertainment acts, will also create the carnival atmosphere at the walk.
