Mark gained his nickname Sparky from school because of his curly mullet similar to that of 'Sparky Mark Hughes' in the eighties. He says: “I am now still curly but not quite as grey as Mark Hughes.” Originally from Wirral, in Northwest England, Sparky has footie in veins and has every football fan’s dream job of being able to watch the football and talk about it at the same time. This Everton FC supporter eats, breathes and sleeps football.

Music is my first love and it will be my last.

None whatsoever.
If you had to choose a movie title for your life story, what would it be?
"Night of the Living Dead" would be a fair description of most of the shows that I do.
If you could have any super-power, what would it be?
To be invisible for obvious reasons.
What do you think is the greatest invention in your lifetime and why?
Trainers/sneakers because I wear nothing else and I would be barefoot otherwise.
