Selena’s vivacity has seen her radio career move from assisting backstage to holding court at the microphone. While co-hosting Saturday Drive on Choice FM, she simultaneously worked as a Promotions and Marketing Manager—graduating to become a label manager—at Urban Star Records encountering many music-industry heavyweights.
Hosting multiple shows across the UK’s airwaves, Selena has been nominated for various broadcasting awards, including the “Arqiva / Skillset Radio Presentation Newcomer of the Year at the Arqiva Commercial Radio Awards”. In 2006, Selena was invited to join Radio 1. Within six months she established herself as a core presenter and premiere female voice. Now a familiar voice across the UAE, Selena is right at home and recognized for her choice of musical quality - from classic cuts to soulful house.
