Dubai: Companies can now have a “business profile” on the Dubai Police smart app, so the company’s representative can manage any applications or requests for the company with ease.
The service is now only available on the Apple’s iOS.
Brigadier Khalid Nasser Al Razouqi, Director of Dubai Police’s Smart Services Department, said the service would facilitate procedures for companies and private entities.
He explained that the representative can simply log in using the “MyID” System.
“When the System identifies the representative’s credentials, he will be able to apply for requests without having to fill in the company’s information for each transaction. Services available to companies include requesting employees’ Certificates of Criminal Status, inquire and pay for traffic fines, filing reports of bounced cheques, request permit to close a street, issue a night work permit, and issuing a traffic clearance certificate for the company,” he said.
It was unclear when the service will be available for Android phones.
