Mosques full as Ramadan begins
Muslims across the country braved the heat to mark the start of Ramadan with Friday prayers. The number of worshippers at mosques witnesses a marked increase during Ramadan which is a month of blessings, piety, giving, worship and forgiveness. Chief Photogrpher Abdul Rehman and Staff Photographers Ahmad Ramzan and Virendra Saklani visited mosques across the UAE to capture scenes of the faithful offering prayers and reciting from the Quran.
