Kite festival takes off
Teams from the subcontinent and Gulf countries painted the Dubai sky with a rainbow of colours on Friday at the second International Kite Festival at the Dubai Outlet Mall on Dubai-Alain Road. The event, organised by Tamquest Entertainment in association with Country Club showcased some of the best kite flyers from around the world, with kites of all sizes, shapes and colours dotting the skies.
