A time to celebrate
UAE Nationals and expatriates came together yesterday to mark UAE National Day. A host of organised events took place while roads, shopping malls and parks were awash with the colours of the UAE flag. Thousands of people enjoyed a day off work and the country’s various parks, beaches and waterparks were packed. Car horns reverberated around popular residential districts as residents celebrated in style.
