Hang tough with TRX Suspension Training
Conceived by Randy Hetrick, a member of the US Navy Seals, TRX Suspension Training involves using a specially constructed nylon harness that can be attached to doors, vehicles, walls or trees. With limited space in which to work out, and without access to a gym, Hetrick constructed a device that allowed him to develop an array of body suspension exercises that laid the foundations for a new and original approach to keeping fit and building strength.
