Dubai: The Dubai Courts Department [DCD] inaugurated a branch of the personal status services department in Hatta in cooperation with the centres of Dubai Municipality to provide hassle-free services to its clients there.

“The launch of these services that were preceded by the Notary Public Services, came under the directives of Shaikh Maktoum Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler and Chairman of the Board of Dubai Judicial Council… and which aim to provide the best services to the public. The new branch of Hatta offers several time-saving services to the residents of that vicinity,” said Taresh Eid Al Mansouri, DCD’s Director-General.

These services will provide the authentication services relating to personal status such as authentication of marital affairs contracts, such as marriage, remarriage and entry, in addition to certificates of marital status, will, donation, Islam, kinship, custody, and trade.

Al Mansouri said such centres significantly contribute to facilitating the procedures and saving time and effort to DCD’s customers.

The new Hatta branch will work on Wednesdays from 9am to 2pm, according to Al Mansouri, who said the new building of the Personal Status Court will be opened soon.
