- Many emirates in the UAE have imposed a rent cap rule to curb exorbitant increases in rents.
It's that time of the year when many tenants have been served a renewal letter for their tenancy contracts.
Are you facing an increase in rent beyond the five per cent rent cap, high maintenance fees, chiller fees, car parking fees or some other absurd fees?
