Racially mixed couples have the same rate of success as other couples. It all depends of their respect and kindness to each other and the willingness to make everyday life good for one another.

If there is genuine love between couples, race will not an issue. I am engaged to my Irish boyfriend and we haven't seen any problem at all. Racism is just in the mind of an inane person.

I am an Arab married to an Indian lady and I truly believe that relationship can work as long as both parties are willing to make it work.

For a happy and lasting married life it is important that both the partners have identical views on their pre and post marriage conduct.

Inter-racial relationships work as long as they are based on true love.

Most inter-racial marriages rarely work out because of the cultural difference, but of course it all depends on whether the partners are tolerant of each other's beliefs.

It seems clear to me that mixing of races in this part of the world allows further advancement and the sharing of intercultural ideas and methods.

There are always two sides to the coin and the same goes for mixed marriages. On one hand it encourages the kids to become open minded. On the other hand, it could cause discrimination against kids at school, and if the marriage doesn't work, it will cause heartaches and bitter custody battles as one of the parents may be forced to go back to his or her country.

I do not know how other couples find it, but I think that if two people from different races appear to find themselves in a situation where they cannot live without each other and their love is genuine, their relationship should work out well. Deep love and understanding is the main factor here. Cultural differences can always be adjusted.
