Dubai: Dubai-based property developer Omniyat announced that it has appointed Transguard Group to handle facilities management services, in a three-year contract worth Dh14.5 million.
Under the terms of the deal, Transguard, a UAE-based business services provider, will handle services across Omniyat’s portfolio of commercial properties in Business Bay. These include The Opus, which was designed by renowned architect, Dame Zaha Hadid.
Transguard will handle mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services, as well as maintenance, security, cleaning, and soft services. The deal is part of a larger consolidation of Omniyat’s service requirements.
