Dubai: Animal lovers looking forward to visit the Dubai Safari Park in Al Warqa 5 can now book their tickets online.

Dubai Safari has announced that it has started online booking for the Safari Park tickets through the facility’s website www.dubaisafari.ae

Priced Dh50 for adults and Dh20 for children, these tickets give visitors access to the Arabian, African and Asian Villages, in addition to the Wadi area in the 119-hectare facility.

To be used for single entry, the online tickets are valid for one month from the date of purchase. The online booking is expected to help visitors avoid long queues.

A senior official told Gulf News that the booking of tickets for Safari Village, where visitors can go for a safari drive, and combo tickets for entry to all the villages will also be made available online very soon.

“It should happen in a week or so,” said Khalid Sultan Hilal Al Suwaidi, director of Leisure Facilities Department at Dubai Municipality.

Hundreds of thousands of people have visited Dubai’s latest attraction that houses over 2,500 animals of around 250 species since its soft opening on December 12. In the first 10 days after its soft opening, over 100,000 people had visited the wildlife park for free.
