US President-elect Barack Obama has picked two intelligence outsiders to head the top US spy agencies.
Washington: US President-elect Barack Obama has picked two intelligence outsiders to head the top US spy agencies.
White House chief of staff Leon Panetta was named CIA director on Friday, while retired Admiral Dennis Blair was named director of national intelligence.
Obama also named former CIA official John Brennan as White House counter-terrorism adviser.
