The Philippines imposed a ban on deployment of workers to both countries this year due to fighting in Lebanon and reports of Filipinos being abused in Jordan.
Overseas employment administrator Jennifer Manalili said the Department of Foreign Affairs wants the bans to stay due to the "still volatile situation" in both countries.
In July, the Philippines said it would lift the ban on Jordan if employers agree to pay a minimum salary of $400, but officials said that Jordanian employers have refused.
An estimated 15,000 Filipinos are working in Jordan, while at least 25,000 are working in Lebanon.
