Zardari to visit UAE on Monday
Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari starts his first official visit to the UAE from November 24.
Islamabad: Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari starts his first official visit to the UAE from November 24.
The president, during his two days visit, will hold talks with President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Both leaders will discuss issues pertaining to the regional and international importance, war against terrorism and bilateral importance in length.
Other engagements of the president include meetings with His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and other important dignitaries. He will also have a detailed meeting with the executives of major Abu Dhabi based companies.
The visit is aimed at improving Pakistan and UAE ties, with a focus on establishing a strategic and economic partnership between the two countries, the Pakistani Foreign Office said.
