Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf is set to visit China later this month, the Chinese Foreign Ministry said on Thursday, highlighting the close diplomatic, military and economic ties between the nations.
Beijing: Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf is set to visit China later this month, the Chinese Foreign Ministry said on Thursday, highlighting the close diplomatic, military and economic ties between the nations.
The visit to be held between April 10-15 will involve meetings between Musharraf and top Chinese officials including Chinese President Hu Jintao, Premier Wen Jiabao and other top leaders, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu said.
Musharraf will also attend the Boao Forum for Asia, a conference that brings together influential figures from business, government and academia.
Both sides were expected to sign a series of documents, but no details were disclosed.
