Dubai: Nawaz Sharif, chief of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, said on Thursday that a restoration of judges that had threatened his alliance with coalition partner Asif Ali Zardari will take place as previously agreed.
Pakistan Peoples Party co-chairperson Asif Ali Zardari came out of the meeting, which was held at a hotel in Dubai on Thursday, a while before Sharif came out and made the announcement.
Sharif said an official announcement about the meeting's outcome will be made on Friday in Pakistan.
The leaders will leave Dubai for Pakistan later on Thursday.
