Vote counting complete in Zimbabwe presidential election
Zimbabwe on Saturday started counting votes from the country's single-candidate presidential election that the EU commission called a "scam".

Harare: Vote counting in Zimbabwe's presidential election has finished, the country's electoral commission said on Saturday.
"That process has been completed," Zimbabwe Electoral Commission Deputy Chief Elections Officer Utoile Silaigwana said on state television.
It was hoped collation and verification of results would be finished on Saturday and then the results could be released, he said.
State media predicted a landslide victory for President Robert Mugabe despite reports of low turnout in many areas.
The EU Commission had called the single-candidate election a "scam", while the UN Security Council said it "deeply regrets" the election.
In London, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown said Zimbabwe had reached a new low with the election.
"We will work with international partners to find a way to close this sickening chapter that has cost so many lives," he said.
