Kampala, Uganda: Opposition members in Uganda are threatening Egypt-style protests if next week's presidential election is rigged.
Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni is seeking to extend his 25-year grip on power in Friday's vote.
Museveni is widely expected to win another term, though his top opponent Kizza Besigye says the vote is already fundamentally flawed by bribery.
Analysts say Uganda's army and police would violently crush any revolt in the East African nation.
Museveni, who seized power in 1986 as the head of a guerrilla army, has been accused of quashing dissent and reversing presidential term limits. He faces seven opponents in Friday's election, which is only the second multiparty vote in 30 years.
