UAE students safe in China, says embassy
The UAE embassy in Beijing has confirmed that all UAE students in Chinese universities are safe and have not been affected by the earthquake that hit Sichuan province on Monday.
Beijing : The UAE embassy in Beijing has confirmed that all UAE students in Chinese universities are safe and have not been affected by the earthquake that hit Sichuan province on Monday.
Mohammad Rashid Al Bout, UAE Ambassador in China, said the embassy has not received any reports on injuries to Emiratis, as the province is 1,300km away from the Chinese capital.
The embassy is following with concern the conditions of the UAE students to assess their needs and provide any required help.
