A strong earthquake struck off the coast of Guatemala on Tuesday, sending residents into the streets in panic.

There were no immediate reports of injuries or major damage.
The 6.1 magnitude earthquake lasted a minute. Radio stations reported electricity blackouts in Guatemala City and Escuintla city.
