Nairobi: Police in Kenya opened fire on Tuesday to disperse an angry mob trying to attack a truck carrying displaced people in the Rift Valley town of Naivasha, witnesses reported.
The truck was transporting people who had fled to a nearby flower farm during the ongoing ethnic clashes. The mob attacked the vehicle trying to reach the people inside. Several gunshots were heard by nearby witnesses.
